Xiaomi India — Network goes off automatically and writes "sim card removed "

I purchased the redmi note 4g 2 months earlier and from approximately 5 days my phone swiches off automatically and most of the times network goes off and message shows is "sim card removed ". Also the "Applock application" is not working in my phone from 5th day of purchase, earlier I thought it's App's problem but then I realized it's default in phone...
