Xiaomi India — no refund of payment received for alpha sale of k20 mobile. | |||
This payment was made on 12th july, 2019 to xiaomi through paytm. It is mentioned on application if product purchase is not successful then xiaomi refunds money in 5-7 days without any complaint which is not correct. I complained on 7th november, 2019 after waiting for a long time. Complaint number woin[protected] for refund was provided for which a resolution was made by providing an arn number 75503729297034370411463. I contacted paytm and confirmed that no refund is made from xiaomi to paytm, attaching snapshot of the conversation from paytm. After this when i re complained to xiaomi, another complaint is logged on 21st november 2019 and confirmed that refund is not made and that arn number is not useful. Also, it was confirmed on call, that refund will be made in 5-7 days. Today it's been 139 days but no refund is made. And not sure about how many other consumer do have similar problem where the company is holding money for no reason and gaining profit on customer's money illegally. I want my hard earned money back and request is to take strict action against these kind of frauds and fake commitment by mncs who loot our money for a certain time period to gain profit in terms of interest from banks. Also would like to have a public notice from xiaomi mentioning this negligence and a promise of not to repeat this kind of situation with indian consumers. Was this information helpful? | |||
