Xiaomi India — not delivering product also not refunding money | |||
I ordered redmi note 8 on 3rd of nov which was expected to be delivered between 5-8th of nov but it was not delivered. I contacted to delivery service guys they said that the product will be delivered in 24-48 hr but it did not delivered. Again i contacted delivery guys and they keep on saying it will be delivered in 24-48 hr.. I contacted mi customer care and they were also saying it will be delivered soon your product has reached to nearest service center.. I went to that service center and they told me that my product is missing. Its been more than 3 weeks neither i got my product nor money. I have ordered 2 data cables and 1 adaptor from mi.com. I have paid Rs 847 via Google pay my payment was done but in mi store it was not updated and my ordered was cancelled. Refund my money
