I am tired of chasing 1 service center 2 online chat support 3 email support And conclusion is your service is [censored] everybody is blaming each other and anyone is not able to help me . My phone is in service center from many months, I have loosed many months warranty because of you and as well as lots of hours in chatting so better to give new phone instead of giving another faulty phone and calling and email and by going your service center so provide me the exact status today itself and you all are not able to providing any status or DOA Certificate or new device or parts If you are not able to repair then give me new phone or my money back if you do not have redmi 2 prime then give equivalent phone.
