Xiaomi India — Not providing after sales service from last two months my handset is with them but not repairing it

I have redni 1s phone with me, i submitted my phone to MI service center 2 months back as it is in warranty, but after the submittion of phone service center call me and gave my handset back without repairing it and said that mi xiaomi is not providing the parts to them so they stop mi service, then i call the customer care of MI, they said they will arrange pick me service and my cell will be pickup from my place and will deliver within 15 days repaired.., but i have not received my phone yet and from last two months i am suffering, they just harrashing there customer.
