Xiaomi India — Not receiving the replacement even after being approved for replacement | |||||
I had ordered a mi max prime from mi store and as soon as i received it i found that i have received a phone with broken screen.. I called up the mi customer service immediately and informed them about the same.. They had approved my replacement.. However it has been more than 3weeks, I have not received any replacement. Everytime i call the mi team, they say the backend team will call me back in the same day and give me the details of the pick up and replacement.. But for all the times i have called them(atleast 10 times), it has never happened that i have received the call from the backend team.. they just keep promising but i am neither getting the replaced phone nor the refund.. My money is stuck.. I fear if they wont provide me the replacement.. They have approved my replacement, so they shud either give me a new piece or give me my money back.. I am very tensed.. it feels My money has gone waste.. NEVER buy from mi store or mi.com.. they have very poor customer service.. they r not customer friendly..
