Xiaomi India — not reply from mi after prepaid order

My order id is [protected]. I ordered Redmi 5a in exchange offer on 20
April 2018 with online payment. The mobile is dispatched by mi with Ekart
courier service on 20 April 2018. The item not deliver after 22 days. No
response from customer care department. every Time discussion with mi
department they told me please wait 24 /48 hour but no response.mi not even
replying to my email. Mi is not even giving proper answerto my question. Mi
provides such a poor service.
Please provide any solutio
