Dear Sir
mera phn abhi warranty mai and from last 17 18 ddays se mera phn motherboard working nahi kar raha hai maine service center mai diya hai wo log ne replace kar k nahi diya due to stortage of motherboard abhi company per call karta hoo toh sahi jawab and help nahi karte
mai ek chota admi hoo sir abhi kya karo 1 mahine se phn bandh hai pls help in this matter

Updated by Shabar540 this problem is due to recent update and many people facing same problem and mine phn is in warranty period pls help me front camera not working audio video not working call not working...

I have used Redmi phones since 2016. Last year in June 2021, I purchased Redmi Note 10 Pro at Rs.19, 000. After the most recent update of MIUI, my camera stopped working and a couple of days later my phone isn't switching on and it says that SYSTEM UI NOT WORKING. Today, July 2022 just after 1 month of my warranty expiring, the mi service centre says that the motherboard needs to be replaced and it will cost me around Rs. 11, 772 which is more than half the price at which I bought my phone. This problem has been caused by the MiUi update, why do I have to pay so much for an issue that was created on your end!! The price to pay is just unacceptable. A new phone can be bought in that amount. How do you expect me to pay such a huge amount for this????
I am awaiting your response on this matter. Please get back to me ASAP.
