Xiaomi India — Note 4G touch unresponsive and blue screen on restart

Performance of Note 4G is although remarkable but the touch became unresponsive and I get a blue screen when the phone is switched on. Customer Service said that its due to liquid damage. But the truth is that my phone was never exposed to water and has not taken a fall as well. According to service centre, the damage is due to traces of water in motherboard. My phone is still under warranty. But the customer care is not helping me out to fix this issue. The costing to repair the motherboard is approximately 6.5 K and the phone's cost is 8K.
