Xiaomi India — Online purchase redmi mobile not delivered | |||||
My order no [protected] purchased on 16/09/2016 for mi india website. Still today 27/09/2016 i am not received my product. Bluedart inform me that shipment untraceable and request me to contac Vendor for claim settlement issue. I forwarded bluedart mail to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com. But no valuable response from xiaomi. They just mailing wait wait... Wait... Keep patience" How long should i wait? Please settle the issue and send my product and other accessories which i ordered as soon as possible or return my money which i paid online.
