Xiaomi India — order is not placed but money get deducted from my account

I have ordered a redmi note 9 pro device in a flash sale through paytm upi but the order is not placed and money got deducted from my account. I have contacted to paytm and my bank and they said that the transction is succefull but their a delay in confirmation and i have contacted to mi coustomer care and they said that they have not recieved any amount but the bank and paytm confirmed that the amount has been succesfully transferd to recievers account
