Xiaomi India — Pathetic after sale service

My name is kartikey Tiwari. I have faced problem with my redmi 2 prime which stopped working automatically so I have submitted my product on 2nd September[protected] in Rewa service center. After having hundreds of calls to customer care no information is been provided by Xiaomi customer care. Their service is very pathetic.After waiting almost 2 months the company provides me redmi3s handset only (without charger, usbcable and packaged box )

Problems I faced

1) Company says seal packed brand new redmi3s prime to be provided but service center guys gave me only redmi 3s handset (without charger, USB cable and packaged box ). Something is fishy here

2) Not providing charger is big issue as redmi3s required 2amp charger whereas redmi 2 prime required 1amp charger.

2) no updated information eachtime from customer care as no coordination with service center and company's policy.

3) service center guy says whatever they want without any logic. Such as saying many other customer products are not repaired even after waiting for six months. (See here level of there after sale service)

4) No certainty of anything they always says thing which is uncertain, voque and empty words.

5) backend team never contacted me in 2 months after saying we will connect you in 48 hours (7-8 time) (see level pathetic service)

6) Calls connect only after minimum dialing 10-15 times.

What I demand
1) brand new redmi 3s prime as promised
2) warranty extension as my product is in service center for almost 2 months.
3) Compentation from Xiaomi as mantle torture and harassment.
4) customer friendly support
5) drastically improve their Pathetic service

Please provide solution ASAP because I have wasted my All of time and energy in customer care and service center.

I have bought a redmi note 2 months ago but their exists a speaker mic complaint.Regarding the complaint we went to service centre and they told it will took up to 3 - 6 Months ...so much delay for replacing the mic...So i need to replace my speaker mic as soon as possible
