Xiaomi India — pathetic experience with mi tv customer care executive and service

Hi mi,

For last 3 days i have been waiting for technician to come to my home. I have raised compliant on 30th october and got time slot for 3 to 6 pm for 31st october with token no. R244466 (See attached screen shot) but technician did not come on 31st october. From that day onward everyday i have been calling to customer care and renu enterprises (Vendor) and they are giving me false commitment every time and i did not get resolution yet,

It is 3rd november today and no action taken by customer care and renu enterprises. I am still waiting for technician to come to my home.

I had same type of experience in my last complaint as well which took 20 days to complete. I had all the call recordings from previous complaint and current complaint and there is lot to speak about mi tv customer service but i can not write everything here but trust me you would be ashamed after listening all recordings. It is 2019 and the way mi provide service it disgraceful.

I am really disappointed and frustrated with mi tv customer service. It is my biggest mistake that i purchased mi tv and i would never advice anyone to purchase mi tv.

Please help me to get my problem resolve soon. It is already been 3 days.
