Xiaomi India — Payment Issue | |||
HELLO, MY SELF NITISH CHOUBEY I was trying to order from my account registered with mail id([protected]@GMAIL.COM) product xiamoi mi max on 27th of oct from my account, it displayed payment wasn't received although amount was deducted .regarding this i was sent mails and call to the customer care.but still no one trying to resolve the issue.it almost more than one mth passed no amount refunded and no product had been sent.kindly help and reolve the issue.already sent my bank statement to the company but no response.kindly help.
