Sir after miui 12.5.1 update my back camera is
stop working and same thing is happend to so
many custumer also and this issue is started
from june but i faced it on 20 aug 2021 most of
users warranty is expired right now in june they
relese a public notice by which they accepted
0.2 % user is affacted because of it and free
repair is done for this issue for this i went to
service center but they refused to fix my phone
for free even they lie to that they sent approvel
request for my phone but their own custmer
care told me they didnt send any approvel
request on 3rd sep their company ceo mr anuj
came live on youtube and talk about same issue

and ask all user to fill a form for free repair but i
talked to their custumer care and their sc they
didnt even know about this and forcing me to
pay and they also tring to convence me by
saying 50%discount on repair charge while
some user for same issue started faced same
time and on same miui version getting free
repair
My concern is why i am not geeting free repair
der is no liquid damag or not even any single
miner scartch on my phone then why i am not
elegible for free repair i want reason sc told me
that issue was in miui12.0.1 then why user
facing issue in Miui 12.5.1i m also sharing proof
of that too who is facing issue after 12.5.1
Why drama of form filling in the name of free
repair if still your employs dint aware about it
even i showd them link and snapshot of your
video and sir peoples who faced camera issue
in past iis facing touch dead issue so i also have
fear to face the same issue i filled the form i
reported you by your feedback app but not
getting any reply i also filled rti in national
consumer fouram to know exect num of
custumer data filed complaint against you for
same issue and i also want to ask why your
custumer care not taking any of my complaint
and i want free repair only if not provided then i
only have one option i will take legal action

I asked cc about it they said go to sc and first bring a jobsheet after that we can do anything but after getting the jobsheet they said go to sc again and ask for if they can do anything .
When i asked sc about that they said we will work accrding to instructions given by cc ask them .
And the cycle is going
And now yesterday phone's touch response is also gone I'm tired of all this ###
Today i visited sc again and they said ur phone's warranty is gone and we can't do anything for free cll cc and follow what they say
I clld cc and they said visit service centre ask for their zonal head's cont request him that u don't have money to repair ur phone and if he wants u can repair ur phone for free
Is it my fault that my phone got this problem after the warranty period .
Why u can't solve ur own created prblm
I'm a student i already faced a lot while my camera went dead and now my phONE TOUCH response is also gone.
Did i pay the money just to use that ### phone for 1 yr only?
