Xiaomi India — Poor customer service no response and delayed replacement

I had recieved a defective piece from rocket kommerce llp (official MI site ) i had requested for replacement and it has been 6 days i get no response from them even after my phone is delivered to there ware house it has been 3 days they didnt dispatch new mobile yet and how long or how many times i call the customer service they keep saying i have to wait and they r giving no further updates
