Xiaomi India — Poor Quality Product and worst customer care service | |||||
Hello Team, This is in accordance to my purchase experience with Xiaomi India for my Redmi 2 Prime mobile purchase. I placed the order in http://www.mi.com/in/ and received the product in damaged condition. Display was completely not working (pciture attached) and I requested in email and over phone in a cordial way asking for replacement. I had a poor response from customer care team and i had to make continuous calls everyday and i had no proper reply for any of my concerns.For each calls the waiting time was more than 15 minutes. To highlight, there were no reply for my 10 emails (screenshot attached) too. After 15 days and multiple followups over call, they mentioned that the replacement mobile had been sent. After all these poor experience with Xiaomi, i still was in trouble, when Xiaomi had send the mobile through Bluedart with No address mentioned. It had only my Name and Pincode mentioned in the bluedart courier label. ORDER NUMBER : [protected] NAME : KASIVISWANATHAN MOB NO:[protected] I would strongly suggest to take necessary action against this poor management of customer care.
