Xiaomi India — poor service- tv installation pending for last 3 days | |||
Against the Invoice No.: 24188, dated 19 Feb. 2019 & Order No.:[protected], dated 19 Feb. 2019, I have online purchased MI LED TV 4 Pro 138.8 cm (55 In), cost Rs. 49, 999/- from Xiaomi Technology India Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN No.: 19AAACX1741N1ZZ). The TV has been delivered on 22.02.2019 at 12:34, by Delhivery Courier. Then on the Customer Care number of MI ([protected]), I have registered request for the installation on the same date i.e. 22.02.2019. As per my request, MI Customer care allotted date & time for the for the installation as : 23.02.2019, between 18 Hrs to 20 Hrs. On, 23.02.2019, at 10:26 hrs, I have received a call from [protected] . This is the mobile number of MI technician. He told me that he is coming for the installation of the TV within 1 hr. But, I told him that the time slot provided by customer care is 18: 00 hrs to 20:00 hrs (On 23.02.2019). Right now I am 40 Km away from the location, where TV is to be installed. I can come minimum upto 16 Hrs to that location. Then, the technician told me that either he will install within 2 hrs or tomorrow morning. Then, I told him to come tomorrow morning (i.e. 24.02.2019). But, till now no technician has come from MI to install the TV. I have made call to Technician, customer care and the mobile number provided through SMS ([protected]) many times . But, still I am waiting for any technician to install the TV.
