Xiaomi India — Poor services at service centre | |||
I had purchased redmi note 3 on 11.05.2016 through amazon.In after somedays o[censored]sing device there is charging issue on same after sometime when i use my friend mi charger then i confirmed there is problem in charging adapter on 01.06.2016 when i went to mi service centre situated at r-1/88 first floor raj nagar ghaziabad up. Jobsheet no:js[protected], serial number:[protected] they assured me to give same on 06.06.2016 however mention date on jobsheet no:16.06.2016 i asked for expected date twice but the executive said :it is maximum time but till now they are saying no idea when adapters are coming at our centre. And suggest me to take back adapter and replace it from service centre located at delhi. If they are unable to replace then they have to say same commitment on 01.06.2016 after 1 month i have to go to different mi service centre which is hooey statement from ur side.. Olve this issue to save time of custmers i mean one have to take tym from his/her busy schedule and have to go from his /her conveyance in hot summers for foolish commitment...
