Xiaomi India — Power bank 10400mah | |||||
I purchased 10400 mah power bank 2 years back and its usb slot is little loose and when i reached madhapur service centre, they straightly rejected it saying xiaomi will not do any service to power banks. Despite i was ready to give money for repairs they were not interested in handling any customers having power bank issues. This is so frustrating and neglecting attitude xiaomi is maintaining.
