Xiaomi India — product not delivered and refund not initiated | |||||
I have ordered poco f1 on 3 october, the estimated delivery date was 5 october but it is not deliver yet after contacting delhivery service they told me due to some technical reason your product could not be delivered so they told me go to delhivery center and receive the product but after going they the head told me that product is miss placed and he was not ready to take any responsibility so i contacted xiaomi they are doing nothing, they always ask me to wait for 2 days or sometimes 3 days, i don't have time to waste, i want my refund as soon as possible, is this the way how company treats his customer? If i am paying the money i need service in return if you can't provide the service then why you have opened such a big company if you can't satisfy your customer, this time i am very disappointed from the service of xiaomi they keep asking me to wait wait and wait instead of finding any solution.
