Xiaomi India — product not yet delivered but status shows it has been delivered and received customer

I have ordered a the xiaomi band 3 on https://account.xiaomi.com/ on 1-nov-2018. And made a payment of 1999 and order number as follows [protected] and i has been shipped by blue dart courier services with the tracking details [protected]. And after that i did not receive a calls for executives from xiaomi or blue dart and the msg appears saying it has been delivered. But till now i did not receive the product and i have raised the ticket regarding this issue to xiaomi as well blue dart courier services but till now there is no and update or any response from theier end please do check and do the need ful.
