Can you please update on my mobile that has been there with you for malfunctioning. This is the most irresponsible attitude seen from a corporate to customer. There is no reason I should be penalized for your substandard product backup, Request reply in return. As always no representative has contacted even once till now to inform the problem. If not will settle in consumer court.
