Extremely disappointed with the service experience from Xiaomi India.

My confirmed order was cancelled from Xiaomi’s side after taking full payment, without my consent and without any proper prior communication. Even after waiting more than one hour to speak with senior customer support, I received no clear explanation, no ownership, and no resolution.

This raises serious concerns about Xiaomi’s order-management process, customer handling standards, and accountability mechanisms. Customers should not be made to suffer due to internal operational failures after their money has already been collected.

I request Xiaomi India’s senior management to:
• Process the immediate full refund without any delay
• Provide a written explanation for the unauthorized cancellation
• Ensure accountability so that such incidents do not occur with other customers
