Xiaomi India — Redmi 3s mobile not delivered since 2 month | neither got refund | |||||
I have ordered a redmi 3s mobile on 16th sep 2016, bit the same has not been delivered since 2 month neither i got refund for the same It's very pathetic service mi and blue dart has created in last couple of month. The whole story is to wait for 3 month to get a replacement. Even after waiting for so long the shipment is not yet received. The blue dart has given a status "network issue" on 18th sep 2017, but status has not been changed till today (Expected date of delivery-26 september 2016). The order no #[protected] has not been delivered me since 2 month. However the same has been lost / missing from courier partner bluedart since 17th sep 2016. As per my request the order has been cancelled from mi india team before 30 days but still the refund value has not been credited to me As the order was cod order, i have sent my bank details where the relevant amount of the phone needs to be credited. As per the discussion via interaction id #[protected] i suppose to get the refund of the phone by 4-5 days.
