Dear sir me 27.10.2017 ko mi service center jabalpur me it solution, shop. No.17, jayanti complex, 1st ff, mahatal, jabalpur 482002 visit kiya tha jisme mujhe apne mobile me ho rahi problem ko lekar gaya tha jisme ki mujhe can't connect to camera ka error a raha hai jab me service center me apni problem bataya to mi service center ke engineer ne kaha ki yeh mobile pahle se khula hua hai to yeh warranty cover nhi hogi isme 118 rupye charge lagege kyuki isme software problem hai yadi isme bhi theek nahi hua to jo bhi hardware change hoga uska bhi charge lagega. Me 02.06.2017 ko isi service center me gaya tha jisme me usb cable change karane gaya tha jaha par unhone bill ke sath mera mobile liya tha usi samay hi unhone mera mobile surely open kiya hoga kyuki iske pahle kahi apna mobile repair karane nahi gaya jab mene usb cable replace karane gaya tha tab mujhe ek message aya tha jisme mi dwara diya gaya ek service request number hai hhin[protected] hai.07.12.2016 ko mene yeh mobile flipkart se online buy kiya tha jiski warranty bhi samapt hone ka samay nazdeek hai please mere handset ko repair karnane meri madad kare thank you.
