Dear Redmi Support Team, Good Evening!! I am so much happy say that this device is being wonderful mobile than any other in terms of battery backup, fingerprint, user friendly, speed etc. One thing i want to notice you that the scanner in my mobile is not functining since i started to use. There is problem of battery draining in redmi note 4. Battery is draining very fast. Android system is using much more power please fix these issues fast

Before 1 month ago my redmi not 3 is short curcuted. I register the complait the to company web site. He told me sent the phone to company address. Then i sent the phone. But the company saya the phone didn't replace. What i do.???
I loose hole money. Please solve the problem.
