Xiaomi India — redmi 4 some saved contacts have no number

Sir, , Iam saved lots of contacts in my mi4 mobile but some contacts have only name now, , , if that contact is open that time name showing and showing read only contact, , why sir, , , I need that numbers, why it is showing like that, if this phone have any software issues or any other complaints?
