Xiaomi India — Redmi note 3 32gb dark gray order no. [protected] replacement issue | |||||
I have purchased a redmi note 3 32gb dark gray order no. [protected] from mi.com on 7th july 2016. I received a dead phone on 9th july 2016 in the evening 5.30. Same day i mailed them about the issue. They suggested me to visit there service center i visited and they give me number for issue wxin[protected]. But after that i am still waiting for replacement. From last 10 days when i called them mail them they only said they are working on issue. But they never confirm me any status abut issue and they refused to transfer my issue to manager. Even there is no information for the escalation department of mi.com. Please help me out of this issue. For 2 day for this issue i have visited for courier partner for that i have loss of 2000 rupees of my salary. My number is [protected] please help me. From last 12 days they confirmed me we are working on it and blue dart will pick up your device for the replacement, but suddenly yesterday they call me and ask me to send the device on my side. I ask them why they are making me fool from last 12 days. Than there executive faizan told me that they are cancelling the request for replacement. Now i have sent the device through blue dart to them with tracking number [protected]. 2 day before mr. Ravi from xiaomi called me and told me that they will refund it and since then his mobile number [protected] is off. Why he ask me to have balance in my account for refund. Please help me on this.
