Sir, I am P.Ravikumar from Erode, Tamilnadu.I have purchase new mobile on 20.11.2016 at Amazon site. Now, My mobile's any application when open then default on FM player not stopping, & call speaker not working. i am going to the Erode B2X service center. (Service Order:WXIN[protected] The executive say to me, 4 days taking for servicing. ok. After 1 weeks complete... but still now my mobile is not give to me. when i calling to this centre, busy-busy-busy. no one has taking the phone. I have paid amount Rs.12, 000/- for this product. my family members are angry & asking new mobile replacement. So, i want new mobile.
