Hi i had given my redminote 3 to mi Visakhapatnam service center as it was not charging after 3 months of purchase on 17/09/2016 but till so far even after 42 days no response from mi service center guys and they are not picking call, saying no parts available when visit them and not replies on wapp see attached screenshot. my service request no. is wxin[protected] and imei no. is [protected].

Mi deliver Mi band 2 on friday 21-Oct-2016.
Now i observes that this band is not showing correct steps.

This this the worst brand which i brought from flipkart.There IS A MOTHER board problem in my hand set.Since 1 and half mouth my hand set is in service center at gulbarga.And no one have capability to solve my problem in MI customer service center.

I recieved a new note3 ordered from MI site and found it to have a damage to the hinge. I have raised a complaint with the MI customer service team on 5th Oct and have not got to replacement unit yet as I post this on 26th Oct. My complaint ID with MI is[protected] [Incident:[protected]].
