Xiaomi India — redmi note 4, 64gb | |||||
Bought a new redmi note 4, 64 gb from flipkart on 22nd february. The phone stopped charging last friday night so i went to their service center in gtb nagar, delhi. They said there is some issue with the charging part and it has to be replaced. They said i'll get my phone on tuesday but now it's been more than 15 days and everyday they are just saying that the new charging part has not arrived yet and will arrive in 1-2 days. They are saying the same line everyday. So i decided to call the customer care today, they said that the charging part might not be able to arrive because of gst but if gst is the main issue then how come are they selling new phones in india. If the part is not able to arrive because of gst then how come new phones are able to arrive and sold everyday? Customer care executive also said that we are not able to help you in this case as we can't co-ordinate with the service centre, you yourself have to co-ordinate with them and wait for the part to arrive. Is it my fault that i bought this phone and trusted xiaomi? If my issued is not resolved this week, then i shall proceed to consumer court. Waiting for reply and expecting help from your side.
