Sir, I would like to complaint about the delivery service provided by the Xiaomi for its phone delivery system. the phone i bought and paid for it on 7th of July on MI website sale. but it has not been till 12th of July, it started processing on 12th July and then till now it is showing status of DC to ship and not even shipped yet while the 7 day time period of delivery is going over. i tried to call them number was not reachable and off, then i tried in last 3 days on chat, they say technical issues and no clear reason where and why my product has been stucked just one word they say technical issues. I dont't buy it or get it, if the stock out there delivery vehicle damaged, there computer system damages to manage product delivery status and records or companies warehouse not having stock, i did not get clear reason where at which point for what reason exactly my phone is not been shipped even after 7 days of payment. I called xpressbees office too they asked to input number for tracking i did but that's not working nor showing status on their site with that tracking order number. I am attaching the snapshot of the process since the day i booked it and where it is now. even after 7 days the product is not shipped out yet from DC. I need clarification from MI on this and need my product to be delivered by Monday. else i need to raise complaint and case in its customer's interest that they have not provided the customer with necessary information where the product is stucked for what so ever reasons and not delivered in timely manner.
