Xiaomi India — redmi note 7 | |||
I purchased the redmi note 7 on 11th feb from mi home around 9:30pm and the next morning i. E. On 12feb i started making call and whole day there was a problem that my voice was echoing on the other side and moreover it was overlapping and at a time my voice was not audible to the other side and there voice at a time is not audible to me. I took the phone to mi service center and deposited the phone for there observation and took a roller (Redmi 4) from them. On 13th feb i made the call from that roller phone given to me which support single sim volte and whole day it was working properly, when i reached service center they told me that you switch off the volte in your note 7 and it will work properly, but why should i switch it off when the lower grade phone is working properly on the same condition but anyhow i have to leave being unsatisfied. I approached the customer support on same day i. E. On 13th feb and they told me to go to mi home from where you purchased the set and they will replace it, when i reached there they told me that we are not liable to change it unless the service center give us the due certificate and then again i made a call to customer support and but it didn't connected due to problem in handset, again tries and anyhow i reached the support and the guy assured me to go to service center and make us a call from there, i told him that they are saying that it is working with jio and not working with airtel and if you want it to work in airtel then you need to switch off the volte but he assured me that will take the things in your favor. Next day i. E. Today on 14th feb when i went to service center they straight way denied replacing it and customer support guy told me that you should have purchase it online, offline it creates problem and this is on a recorded call because you guy's record the call. Now from 11th feb when i first raise the complaint, i submitted it for observation with 20hrs. Just tell me you people are making me run here and there and making a fake promise. I have been totally frustrated with all these things, moreover i have used note 6 pro but i didn't faced any problem and gave it to my mother. I was going to purchase note 7 pro for my sister and i stopped being my issue is not resolved. Anyways, i have decided to approach the consumer court, because let us say it's working fine whenever your technician is checking it, let us suppose okay it's fine but i being a consumer who has not even use it for continuous 24 hr and when i want the same set, same color, why would i approach you. Moreover once your service center guys are saying use it without opening volte, but why when it supports volte. Even the mi home guys have said that ask the service center guys that they should issue a due letter. Third your customer support says that purchase it online, means you people are fooling the public who are approaching your mi home or your trusted partner. Where is your 10 day replacement policy. Where is your trusted partner value. This message was just to make you aware of the harassment every consumer is facing here-in.
