[Resolved]  Xiaomi India — Redmi note 8 pro switch on off issue

I am jayesh kumar singh final year engineering student
in this tough situation of corona pandemic i am having my online classes as well as my exams so i am having redmi note 8 pro device as my connecting source for online classes and studies but suddenly from today my device has a software issue from the company side it is automatically having switch on/off problem. as i am in a village area birwadi midc mahad as here there is no mi service centre.
i having facing lots of issue as my all study material and other activites are connected to my device.
i want my money back from xiaomi india and i m ready to return my phone to them and if i face any problem in my studies then xiaomi india has to pay me one lakh rupees for my study problem and all other problem that i have faced.

I called to the mi customer care one of the executive member on call said to uninstall the airtel app on the device as the bug was in airtel app so I uninstalled and the problem was resolved
