Xiaomi India — Redmi note8 | |||
Dear xiaomi, I gopi bhargav, purchased a redmi note 8 phone, invoice no. Na/19-20/28127 from nirmal agencies, ramgarh on date 08.01.2020. And while the phone was still in warranty it started giving me troubles and stopped working. On contacting to nearest mi care, i was informed that somehow the phone's imei no. Got removed and for which i wont be given any compensation as the phone was still in warranty. I was very much depressed and taken aback hearing that i need to pay rs. 6901/- (Invoice no. Xmin2547/20-21/002) which stated main board charges around rs. 6488/- along with a service charge of rs 413/- which i shouldn't have been charged keeping in mind that my phone was still in warranty period. May be there was a manufacturing defect that persisted in that phone. Therefore, i kindly urge the concerning authorities that i should be given a reimbursment of the amount i had to pay and for this i am ready for any investigation from your end.
