Xiaomi India — refund not given order id [protected]

I did 2 transaction for the order i attached image below on 1st june 2018 and the rrn number for both transaction is given
one transaction is by upi mode
and another is from debit card i visit bank they are sayiny the xioami not given any refund when i email to xioami they are saying visit bank so much problem i surfered please help me get my refund they are just providing arn number which bank refusing to gona work
