Xiaomi India — regarding battery problem

Dear sir,
I have purchased this product redmi note 4 64 gb on 19/08/2017.
We have done full battery charge but.. It's not giving appropriate backup.
It's giving only 5 hours backup.
Previously we have purchased redmi note 3 32gb. It's giving good backup without any single problem.
We have purchased one more set redmi 4a... Recently only.

So you are requested to kindly solve our problem regarding battery backup of redmi note 4 64gb variant immediately.
