Xiaomi India — regarding mi band 3 | |||
I purchased a mi band 3 on 11th jan 2019 through amazon. There are some issues in this band and it is not working properly. It's heart rate sensor is not working and it automatically reboots after some time. It's trademill timer is also not working. I visited mi service centre, abohar (Punjab) on 31st may 2019 to get repair the same as it is in warranty period. The service centre of abohar (Punjab) denied to repair as well as replace the band as they did not get approval from there higher authority becoz the band have some hair line scratches on its screen. I am unable to understand that why service centre or higher authority denied to repair/replace the band as it is in warranty period. Mi did not provide any guard to protect its screen from scratches and in daily route it is normal that the band will get some hair line scratches. The product is not damage, not self-repaired, not exposure to water, not having any damage caused by misuse and not having any alteration. Product is sealed as i received. It just have some minor scratches on its screen. Kindly look into the matter and give approval to get repair or replace my band asap.
