Xiaomi India — Regarding my order | |||||
I had ordered a Redmi 2 Prime from Xiaomi website. For 4 days order status was stuck on confirmed. Today after 5 days it says processed on the day it was ordered. I mean, whats going on?? Their customer care number is busy from 5 days and they also do not answer on chat support. This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I have no phone from 5 days and now the order status says DC to ship. Is it going from the distribution centre to shipping from 5 days?? What the hell!! They are not worth 1% rating they have got. Mi India is cheating the innocent consumer. You can submit complaint to Government of India's Consumer Helpline website at
