Xiaomi India — Repair redmi 2 prime | |||||
Hello team, I have submitted my devce xiaomi 2 prime on 23rd may-2016 (Charging socket issue). Jobsheet number cg06255. Estimated time for repair was 12 calendar days on 23rd may-2016, i am without phone since last 12 days and now service center is asking for another 12 days as parts are not available. My business depends on phone which is not with me and i am facing lots of hassle due to this. I spoke with on of the assistance manager at your customer service who promised me for written confirmation on my email ' [protected]@gmail.com ' what can be done and still no resolution. I need proper resolution for this in short i need my phone as soon as possible if you don't have parts send me replacement one as i can't bare more loss or will not buy another phone for 12 days. (If you need call recording for communication which has been done beteeen me and customer service i can send that as well it's 50 minutes recording) Was this information helpful? | |||||
