Xiaomi India — Repairing for 1 month and still repairing | |||||
I purchased redmi note 3 in april 2016 from mi india.com. i had mi protect on my redmi note 3, it got damaged and was picked up from my home on 20 june and since then there has been no updates. i have called at least a hundred times to both mi and one assist. one assist keeps telling me that estimation on my handset has still not been done. when i call at mi protect they tell me that my request has been escalated and gave me a complaint number. i ask them whether it takes 1 month for estimation and they say it generally takes 1 week for estimation and when i ask them why may handset has not been estimated yet and they just keep apologizing big fan of mi . but this incident is insisting to change my mind. as far as i can evaluate its the fault of mi for not being able to make the estimation and forwarding the required documents. hoping for the best order no- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
