Xiaomi India — Replacement my order | |||||
Dear sir, I want to return my phone ( redmi note 3 ) which i have purchased on 13 april having form mi india official website having Order id:[protected]time:13 apr 2016, 02:12 pm received on 19.04.2015 9:46 am Because this phone is not working properly.. And hanging may times with any apps and speaker also not working 1. When i contact customer care they reply some troubleshoot will solve the problem after doing the troubleshot phone is not work they will replace the phone there executive said . My calling refrence number to mi service center after talking to mi customer service Regarding ticket no 1546324 I have test hardware using *#*#6484#*#* this code In test i have got failure of speaker The customer care executive say that we will replace the product soon. [protected][protected][protected][protected] 2. After calling today on 22.04.2016 the cusomer care executive ( bhaqt ) said that our all senior representative are busy and u have to go to service center for the problem i am in chankan mumbai and service center was not in my location they are telling to go to nagpur or pune for repearing they will not going for replacement. 3. I want my replacement of my phone or refund as soon as possible.. 4. Mi is cheating the customer in name of flash sale and replacement policy they are selling defective product in name of flash sale and also not giving replacement .. 5. Now what i do tell me soon. 6.I have mailed to customer care regarding to this problem but they are not responding. With regards Ramesh kr.
