Hello, my name is suyash date i m MI Mobile user from 4 Years. Due to Wrong & incomplete Guidance at the service center. it results to pay diagnoise charges 344 rs. one lady assistant gave me wrong information at thane branch, Eternity mall, thane(w). at the first meeting/appointment, she was not shared the proper details regarding diagnoise charges & at the time of device collection, suddenly she talks about diagnoise charges. which i never heard in any service center. so please kindly help me for the same. & give me refund regarding same. kindly find the all details related to my device & paid inspection charges details.
