In Dec last year, I had my Mi 11 ultra's display repaired; after that, it was working fine, but recently I've been experiencing issues, such as WiFi and hotspot not working, then call echoing, and then my speakers stopped working last weak. I then visited the service center in Bareilly. Afterwards, they tried software, and then I found out that the last time I got my phone repaired, they closed the back panel with an addesive of the Redmi Note 10 instead of the Mi 11 ultra. I thought my phone was water-resistant so I went outside in the rain a few times in June. Since then I've been experiencing problems, and found out the motherboard is damaged because they used the addesive of the Redmi Note 10.
The service center confirmed all of this information, and now the repair cost for mother is 40000, and I have no idea what to do, Mi's customer service said they couldn't help in this. This is really bad service i need full part replacement from company side as its not my fault, after buying a phone of 70k from company and getting this type of service is reallly unexpected.
