Sir My name is geetika and I buy an Mi4i Xiaomi from snapdeal but in the month of June it showing charging problem when I want to service Center of MI in shimla they tell me that they called up any soft wear which is required for repair of my phone charging problem but till date I don't get any response from them. I will not buy any MI product as the customer management is worst and took more time.
Mi should have given me new headset within time frame ie 1 month.
