Xiaomi India — Service issues | |
This is in regard to ticket no 608117 and 608249. My red mi note 3g device is with the service center since past 2 months. All I hear from them is that the issue will be resolved shortly since 2 months. Their Officials never care to reurn my mails. I have written to Jai Mani and Hugo Barra on FB but nothing happened. When asked for the contact details of the person to whom i can serve a legal notice, they are not responding. So please help me to file a consumer case for this. Was this information helpful? | |
