Xiaomi India — specification mentioned as mi charger while delivered only mi adapter

I ordered an MI charger from the website https://www.mi.com/in/index.html.
the specifications mentioned the product as MI charger while only adapter was delivered. And moreover MI customer service is not accepting the return for this product.
Please help on same. Attached the specifications image.
