Xiaomi India — Taking too much time to repair the product. | |||
Hello I dispatched a redmi note 3 gold for repair on 30 aug 2016 via pickmi pick and drop service. It was received at the repair centre on 3 sep. It had an on-off problem just after 11 days of purchase from flipkart. I was notified that the mobile would be returned within 12-15 days and its been one month today. I need the mobile back, repaired, urgently. It has already caused a lot of inconvenience. I have started to doubt my purchase and the company. I have called the service center thrice and they give the same status each time. An early response will be appreciated. Reference no.
