Xiaomi India — tv 43 inch | |||
I purchased mi 43 inch tv on july 2018, on 25th october i had issue with tv display (Its blank). So i raised complaint on hate2wait.com (Which is provided by mi), after that i am not getting service or response from mi. Now almost 12 th day, still no one responding. I have called customer support many times (Almost 25 times), every time same response, they say "within 24 hours your problem will resolved", but no response from xiaomi. I purchased mi 4c led TV from Amazon on 12 Oct 2018, and I received the product on 22 Oct 2018, I booked the installation process.I have got confirmation date and time for installation on 27.10.2018 at 9 a.m to 12 p.m but till now I don't get any response of installation.

Not delivered on given address, no response for installation on calling abused by service engineer. Also the piece was defective.
